Private friend event only. Three Putt Rodeo is a private, invitation-only app for a fun golf weekend among a select group of friends. It is not a public marketplace, not open enrollment, and not a commercial product offered to the general public. If you were not invited to this event, you should not use the App. No gambling of any kind is offered or supported in the App.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Three Putt Rodeo mobile app and related site at threeputtrodeo.com (together, the “App”). By signing in or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the event

The App exists to organize scoring, pairings, GPS yardage, and standings for a private friend-group golf trip.
Participation is recreational and for entertainment among invited friends only.
No gambling. The App does not offer gambling, wagering, betting, pots, buy-ins, cash games, or real-money prizes. Nothing in the App is designed for gambling of any kind.
Optional on-course challenges (for example, longest drive or closest to the pin) are informal, for fun only, do not involve money through the App, and do not award Rodeo standings points.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be an invited participant (or administrator) for this event and old enough to use the App under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share access with people who are not part of this private event.
Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App beyond ordinary use.
Submit false scores or abuse admin tools in a way that harms the group’s fair play (except as the group jointly agrees for testing).
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Location & ads

On-course GPS features may request location permission to show live yardage. Ads (when enabled) are provided by Google AdMob as non-personalized banners only — we do not request tracking permission or use IDFA for personalized ads. Core event features are not conditioned on advertising.

5. Intellectual property

The App’s name, branding, code, and content are provided for this private event. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the App as a competing public product without prior written permission from the operator.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR A PRIVATE FRIEND EVENT, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Golf involves inherent risk; use GPS and scoring features at your own discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect GPS accuracy, or error-free scoring.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and participants administering the App are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed USD $0, reflecting that this is a free private event tool among friends.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who abuses the App or is no longer part of the invited group. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms for the event. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
